The Beauty of Doha

Hi, Doha sunset.

The museum's side entrance

Yes, I know, this photo sucks, but I just love how the light formed a heart (top part)

Hello Ruby

Museum of Islamic Art's facade

I will always be a sucker for sunsets. Sceneries like these are just so captivating that it attracts my senses, each and every time. I wish to have a house or maybe a tree house overlooking this kind of view.
Went to the Museum of Islamic Art and the Corniche last week for some marveling (I always do, even on simple simple things) with some officemates since this was part of our orientation.

Gahh, believe me. If I posted every single photo I took that day, you'll hate me for the rest of your life. They're just so many! Imagine my struggle photo selection.

These are photos more than a week ago, and i'm happy to be almost finishing blog backlogs since I just had my internet connection fixed. Finally.

To Where I'm At

To everyone who's been asking how my flat looks like, here you go.

I can still picture the Bloodrush queens in this flat, and we'd arrange gigs and lazy lounges each and every time. Oh I have yet to see life beyond these glass windows.

Food Sleep Over

What else could be sweetest than meeting a long-missed friend in a totally different country (or world, should I say) Chitchats and sleepovers--One of my favorite things in the world.

Visited this popular Portuguese restaurant here in Doha called Nando's, and the food's oh so gastronomically satisfying.

And oh, Viva la Manika just released novelty accessories! Make sure to check these treasures honey :)

Weeks in Writing

Feline printed top - A Store || Black leggings - Mango || Beige flats - Parisian Comfort

It's been exactly a month ago before I left, and it feels like forever. I can still feel my back lying against my Manila bed, and my arms cuddling familiar bodies. I'm still in the process of getting used to, I suppose.

Well, veering away from these emotional measures i'm going through, let me tell you a different story. I was never the travelling kinda girl, and Paris is the only place i'd have to tick on my bucket list before I die. But working in a hotel with really diverse cultures (Imagine 53 countries in a hotel, staff alone!) really made me think otherwise. I am currently sinking myself to tapping each and every culture, and hopefully, find the beauty of their countries as well.

Anyhow, these are photos in my current world. Villaggio mall which is like the Venetian, and it was breath taking. For real.

I'd love to explore more of this country soon. Travelling/working far from home has its perks, you know.

Hello darling, hello world.

See You Soons

I was never a fan of goodbyes and see you soons. These are photos from the airport before I leave my beloved Manila, and the faces hiding unfathomable emotions. I suddenly remembered "Love Actually" scenes and imagined myself in the movie. Someday, I will be in NAIA's arrival pit soon.
