One more thing I love about the 90's? I can combine a hipster ensemble with dark lipstick. Instantly, you can achieve the oopmh you need for a witchy-weird look.
This, I know is not my usual awkward vintage style, but why not "try" to be a mean witch sometimes?

I am in love with your hair. :)) I used to have very long, curly hair and then I chopped it off because I thought I wanted to be Audrey Hepburn. And now I am in the painful process of growing it again. It's taking so looong!
